Since 2007 and until now, Imaging Queensland has been recognised as the corporate head of our renowned radiology brands successfully growing and expanding both its service provision and operations with 25 sites across Central Queensland, Sunshine Coast, through Deception Bay, Moreton Bay and Brisbane.
We now embark on an exciting journey of innovation through unity and collaboration as we provide more options, more convenience and greater service provision for our patients, our referrers and our community.

PATIENTS
Bookings continue to be booked in the same way.
For CitiScan (Brisbane) – call (07) 3035 3700 or request an appointment online.
For Lime Radiology (Margate) – call (07) 3283 9200 or request an appointment online.
For IQ Radiology (Deception Bay) – call 1300 697 226 or request a booking online.
All bookings post brand change, will remain.
CitiScan Radiology, Lime Radiology and IQ Radiology have all operated under the umbrella of Imaging Queensland for the past few years. Our bookings are managed through the same wonderful team and will continue to be into the future.
All your past medical records will still be available and accessible. Your records remain with Imaging Queensland and you can see these when you download the IQ Vue app.
All your historic images will been transferred into the IQVue app, but will also remain in the existing app for a period of transition.
You will be able to access the IQVue app shortly before the brand change occurs.

REFERRERS
We expect that this change will occur towards the end of April or early May 2025.
We are aiming to make this transition as smooth as possible for all our valued referrers, patients and team.
We are integrating our systems to ensure that there is better service delivery to our referrers.
Your historic patient information and reports will still be accessible.
There will be new referral forms provided over the coming weeks and we encourage you to setup e-referrals direct to Imaging Queensland.
Our referrers to IQ Radiology largely already have access to the Imaging Queensland Doctor Portal and PACs systems and we will look to assist Lime Radiology and CitiScan referrers with their setup requirements, which may include:
- changing referrer settings in Best Practice
- changing referrer settings in Medical Director
- Setup of Imaging Queensland Doctor Portal – to access images
- Setup of e-referrals direct to Imaging Queensland
We expect to deliver progressively throughout April.
Referrers can pre-order varying referral paper or pads online here.
Your referral template may need to be adapted to suit the Imaging Queensland specs.
We have created a step-by-step guide for Best Practice or Medical Objects users.
Any referrers who use e-referrals currently through IQ Radiology, can continue to refer by the same method.
New e-referrals for CitiScan and Lime Radiology referrers can easily be setup by following the prompts seen here.
IQ Radiology referrers will continue to access their Doctor Portal / InteleViewer under the same site and access.
We will provide Lime Radiology and CitiScan Radiology referrers with automatic access from their existing portal into IQ, where historic and new reports will be available. Our team will advise the method for this shortly.
