As recently communicated, Lime Radiology, CitiScan Radiology and IQ Radiology will soon operate as one, under the banner of Imaging Queensland.
This evolution of our imaging services will provide even more service, more options, more convenience and more locations in the local area – all representing greater value for patients, our referrers, our dedicated team and our community.
Whilst this evolution will see a change to some of our beloved brands, our ethos of improving patient health outcomes remains concrete.
It is now the time to embark on this exciting journey of innovation.
We expect that our evolution to our brands at IQ Radiology (Deception Bay) and Lime Radiology (Margate) to change on Wednesday 23 April.
CitiScan Radiology (Brisbane) will then evolve on Wednesday 30 April.
We wish to assure our valued patients and referrers that whilst our name will evolve we have taken a number of steps to ensure that this changeover is seamless, including:
- Whilst we are currently distributing the newly rebranded Imaging Queensland referral forms, we will of course continue to accept all current and future referral forms received under IQ Radiology, Lime Radiology and CitiScan Radiology branding.
- We will continue to accept referrals from patients via our existing phone and websites for a short period of time, and our new consolidated bookings number of 1300 648 958 and new website are ready to accept your referrals.
- Patients can receive all future scans via our IQ Vue Patient App. This is the same App that IQ Radiology patients will be used to and similar to the CitiScan and Lime versions, which will still be available. We expect that within the next month, all historic patient images will be integrated into new accounts for Lime and CitiScan patients.
- We have created referrer accounts for all current referrers of Lime Radiology and CitiScan who do not already have access to the IQ Doctor Portal. Please reach out to us if you have not yet received access information.
- We have created step-by-step guidelines for our referrers to assist with reconfiguration of e-referrals and Imaging Queensland referral templates via Best Practice and Medical Objects
- Our teams are on hand to continue our renowned service delivery across our sites.
