Imaging Queensland is focused on achieving and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The company operates a management system that is accredited under ISO 9001:2015 and is certified with the National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards.
We have invested significant resources in ensuring the Company meets the highest standards in the Medical Imaging Industry.
We are Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS) accredited to provide Medicare funded diagnostic imaging services.
Our practices are National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards (NSQHSS) accredited, which drives the implementation of safety and quality systems to improve the quality of health care in Australia. It enables our practices to operate as Day surgery practices.
We are also IS0 9001:2015 Quality Management System accredited. This is the most established international standard of Accreditation for Management Systems Worldwide. It requires a higher level of service to Radiology.
Dr Siavash Es’haghi

Managing Director, Imaging Queensland
Dr Siavash Es’haghi is the Managing Director of IQ Radiology. He established the company in 2007 and has been instrumental in the company’s successful growth strategy. He has over 10 years’ experience in developing, and managing diagnostic imaging businesses.
His active role in business development strategy and management has driven the rapid expansion of the group. Dr Es’haghi currently sits on the board of the Australian Diagnostic Imaging Association (ADIA) and in 2017 was named as the incoming ADIA President.
Dr Siavash Es’haghi is a highly qualified radiologist and has completed an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (EMBA) through the University of the Sunshine Coast. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Otago (NZ) and was accepted as a fellow of the RANZCR in 1993. Dr Es’haghi’s experience as a radiologist is enhanced through his completion of a Fellowship in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), with special emphasis on musculoskeletal and breast imaging.
Dr Es’haghi is currently the supervising radiologist for Sunshine Coast Radiology and is accredited at Breast Screen Queensland.
Chief Finance and Commercial Operations Officer, Imaging Queensland
Helen Stevens is Imaging Queensland’s Chief Finance and Commercial Operations Officer, and has over 11 years of experience in senior leadership, financial management and commercial operations within the healthcare industry. She is responsible for corporate finance, strategy and commercial business growth, acquisitions and development.
Helen’s extensive experience in both financial and commercial operations extends across a range of areas including corporate financial management, analytics, strategic marketing, greenfield & brownfield development, radiology & hospital operations, and health fund contract management.
She has studied a Bachelor of Business Commerce (Accounting) as well as an Executive MBA at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Helen is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is on the Board of Directors for the Sunshine Coast Oncology Seminars (SCOS).
Helen joined the IQ Radiology group in 2010 and has played an active key role in developing the entire group of subsidiary companies, with the goal of achieving ‘Excellence in Diagnostic Imaging’ and quality patient care along with a sustainable long term financial growth.
